We are seeking a skilled Private Banker to join our team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial services, products, and innovative solutions.

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide comprehensive financial services, products, and solutions with a strong focus on wealth creation, revenue growth, and new client acquisition.
  • Deliver exceptional service, tailored advice, and exclusive opportunities to clients.
  • Nurture a network of local contacts to assist with business origination, new clients, and competitive intelligence.

As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Providing expert financial advice and guidance.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience in a similar lending-focused role within Private Banking or Business Banking.
  • Portfolio management experience.
  • Existing referral networks and a proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience in consumer/residential lending, including complex lending and investments.
