- **Salary range: $123,625-$157,340 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging**.

**Job description**

This is a critical role that requires an individual with strong employment and workplace relations expertise to provide specialist advice to our HR team and broader leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our workforce has access to contemporary people management policies, practices and systems to ensure ongoing compliance.

The role will also involve supporting the organisation in the resolution of difficult workplace issues, disputes, and grievances as well as disciplinary concerns, workplace investigations and change consultations.

**Required skills and qualifications**

We are looking for someone with significant experience in employee/workplace relations, including the provision of high-quality strategic advice and the management of complex people and industrial relations matters. A law degree and unrestricted Victorian practising certificate are mandatory.
