Job Title: Strategic Project Lead

We're seeking an accomplished Strategic Project Lead to drive project goals and requirements forward. As a key member of our team, you'll manage multiple complex customer projects to achieve success.

You'll excel working with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with customers or leadership teams to address blockers, risks, and escalations while maintaining project health.
  • Develop and refine processes/guidelines for the project management function.
  • Foster delivery across organizational boundaries.
  • Create and present reports tracking performance and providing meaningful insights into capacity and commitments.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to turn their needs into well-defined projects and backlogs; identify potential new projects with additional services.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful customer-facing project management experience in IT delivery projects such as Cloud Migrations, Digital transformations, and complex Implementations of new technologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
  • Able to consult with clients to identify further opportunities for additional services.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable and skilled at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical, able to think on your feet and learn quickly.
  • Adept at working across multiple teams and disciplines in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Understanding of project financials.
  • Technical background in pre-sales, information technology, or computer science.
  • Experience in working in a geographically distributed environment and comfortable working asynchronously.
