The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our Mile End South showroom team as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will offer flooring solutions and expert advice to customers, ensuring their experience is second to none.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Create customer quotes and follow up after the visit.
  • Keep product knowledge up to date through training and resources.
  • Update ticketing and VM in line with planograms.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers and provide recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and managers.
  • Maintain showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy.
  • Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S procedures.
