Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the Secretariat of the Cash Equities Clearing and Settlement Advisory Group. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to ensure effective functioning of the group.

The role involves working closely with the Independent Chair to ensure the success of the Advisory Group, including attending meetings and taking meeting minutes.

As an expert in governance frameworks, stakeholder interests, and relevant policies, the ideal candidate will provide advice and information to support Advisory Group functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring appropriate governance arrangements are in place and providing advice on governance arrangements as needed.

Liaising with the Independent Chair to set meeting agendas and prepare meeting materials is also a key aspect of this role.

In addition, the Internal Chair will rely on the successful candidate to manage external communications on behalf of the Advisory Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Secretariat of the Cash Equities Clearing and Settlement Advisory Group
