We are seeking a skilled Governance Advisor to join our team. As a key member, you will provide expert legal and governance advice to shape the future of transparency and accountability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage requests under relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide legal guidance and draft documents, including contracts and submissions.
  • Support investigations and responses to regulatory bodies.
  • Advising on privacy, complaints, and governance matters.
  • Collaborate across departments to promote ethical conduct and compliance.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Admission as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW and a current practising certificate.
  • Experience in government and/or governance advisory roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislation and policy.
