About the Role

We are seeking a Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer-focused and sales-driven team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional travel experience service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized solutions and package options to our guests, utilizing your creativity and passion for the tourism industry.
  • Offer exceptional customer service through various communication platforms, including over the phone, via email or webchat.
  • Become an expert in our products and serve as a product ambassador, working towards and achieving individual plus team KPIs.
About You

You have a sound understanding of the tourism industry and enjoy helping people plan their best holiday experiences.

Talking about travel and new experiences excites you, and you display exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

With great communication and interpersonal skills, you can confidently learn new computer systems and work under pressure, managing a high-volume workload while maintaining consistent customer service.
