Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless check-in processes and verify all documentation
  • Proactively manage flight disruptions and cancellations, providing expert support
  • Aid unaccompanied children and guests with disabilities, fostering a safe and welcoming environment
  • Effectively coordinate boarding flights and complete arrival and departure tasks with precision

As a Guest Services Agent, you'll embody the face of Virgin Australia, delivering exceptional service with a caring and empathetic approach. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our guests.

Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Prior experience in roles focusing on customer care is highly valued
  • Ability to work a dynamic shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from the airport is essential
