Equipment Reliability Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Reliability Lead to join our team at the Maules Creek Mine Site in Gunnedah. As an Equipment Reliability Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment fleet.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review proposed upgrades and work procedures to ensure current business and site safety practices are included.
  • Provide technical advice to operations and maintenance teams on asset integrity activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess maintenance practices, monitor, and refine maintenance plans.
  • Lead projects to sustain or improve Hitachi Mining Equipment maintenance and productivity performance.
Requirements
  • Engineering qualifications in a relevant field would be preferred.
  • Significant asset management experience in the Coal & Iron Ore open cut mining industry.
  • Strong analytic, strategic, management, and relationship skills.
