About the Opportunity
Pivot Software is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Account Management teams, driving revenue growth and customer relationship nurturing. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will play a pivotal role in refining our go-to-market strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a market-leading account management strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data-driven insights to exceed targets.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts, championing a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional value.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team, managing budgets, forecasts, and sales metrics.
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and customer success strategies to deliver business results.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience (8+ years) in Account Management/Customer Success, with a strong history of closing large, complex sales and over-delivering revenue targets.
- Success in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or HR industries, with expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and customer success strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
