We seek an experienced Co-Ordinator / Senior Scheduler to join our high-performing team in Australia.

In this pivotal role, you'll drive smooth execution of underground mine development plans from daily priorities to annual targets. You will coordinate schedules and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure critical activities are delivered on time.

You will work on a roster opposite the Development Superintendent, providing operational continuity and maintaining momentum. You will identify opportunities to exceed expectations through precise planning, controlled execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate mine development schedules in line with operational priorities
  • Liaise with mining, maintenance, and technical teams for seamless plan execution
  • Provide operational coverage for the Development Superintendent during rostered leave
  • Monitor performance, address variances, and implement improvement initiatives
  • Validate inputs and ensure compliance with the plan while spending time underground
Requirements
  • Proven underground mining experience, including frontline development supervision
  • Strong understanding of mine planning and scheduling in large-scale operations
  • Proficiency in mine planning and scheduling systems
  • Diploma in Metalliferous Mining or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to influence, problem-solve, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
