About the Role

As a Game Development AI Specialist, you will develop AI systems that generate high-quality 3D models from text descriptions or image inputs, applicable to game production and other scenarios. You will also optimize large AIGC models (3D generation) to improve quality, speed, diversity, and controllability, promoting industrial deployment and product implementation of generated 3D models. Additionally, you will collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate 3D models into gaming environments, enhance player experience, and advance the application of AI technology in specific business scenarios.

Requirements
  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Vision or Computer Graphics.
  • Experience in directions such as 3D model generation, UV texture generation, PBR material generation, automatic rigging, and automatic mesh skinning.
  • Experience in using and training AI models like Diffusion, ViT, DiT, GAN, ControlNet, LoRA, IP-Adapter, Inpainting, Super Resolution, etc.
  • Experience in building 3D datasets (characters, objects, scenes) and various 3D data processing (Mesh, Voxel, NeRF, Triplane, SDF, GaussianSplatting, FlexiCubes, etc.).
  • Strong learning ability, self-motivation, clear logical thinking ability, excellent communication skills, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++) and mastery of deep learning frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Publications in top computer vision and graphics conferences and journals.
  • Prior experience with practical 3D modeling software (Maya, Blender, 3DS Max) or game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine).

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
