Medical Receptionist

**The Role**

We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a casual basis at the Caloundra Skin Cancer Centre.

This position offers approximately 2 - 3 shifts per fortnight, plus coverage for annual leave and sick leave as required. Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:

- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required

- Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
