Speech Pathology Opportunities

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants annually with the care they need, when and where it is needed.

Our multi-disciplinary team approach builds a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families. Our speech pathologists have the opportunity to share their expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in their local community.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services promptly.
  • Provide essential speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
  • Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreting findings to set personalized treatment goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Current SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Leadership capability to meet key responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship interest for graduates and early-career clinicians.
