Marketing & Development Manager

The Glennie School, a leading Anglican girls' day and boarding school in Toowoomba, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Development Manager. This vital role encompasses the planning, oversight, and execution of all aspects of the Development Office.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the marketing strategy of the school and promoting it to the wider community. You will also oversee all aspects of internal and external communications, including public relations programs designed to promote and maintain a favourable public image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall marketing strategy of the school
  • Oversee all aspects of internal and external communications
  • Plan and direct public relations programs
  • Prepare media releases and interview material
  • Provide guidance on branding and general marketing activities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop an innovative and contemporary enrolment strategy
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a field commensurate with the area of responsibility
  • Minimum of five years experience in a marketing management capacity
  • Experience in publication and print management
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful communication campaigns
  • Proven media relations success
  • Experience with contemporary software and design programs
