About Your Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at 13cabs to assist with the assessment and repair of MTData dispatch equipment, EFTPOS machines, taxi meters, security cameras, and other taxi-related equipment. No prior experience is required, but a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

About Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure network safety.
  • Repair and maintain MTData dispatch equipment, EFTPOS machines, taxi meters, security cameras, and other taxi equipment.
  • Perform fault diagnosis and obtain necessary parts and materials for repairs.
  • Assist with diagnosing vehicle issues related to the MTData dispatch system, camera system, and Cabcharge FAREWAY plus system.
  • Remove and apply decals and livery from taxis.
  • Interpret manuals and software to identify spare parts and liaise with the TAXITECH Manager regarding ordering or parts.
  • Maintain shop equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and performing preventative maintenance.
  • Comply with all documented Health and Safety policies, procedures, and work instructions issued by the TAXITECH Manager.
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
  • Complete and maintain accurate service and administrative records in compliance with company record-keeping requirements.
