About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Optical Dispenser to join our OPSM team. As an Optical Dispenser, you will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames (from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Customise High-Fashion frames to suit customers' lifestyles
  • Work with a variety of luxury brands and products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies
