Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Support Specialist to join our Port Lincoln Pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and advice.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and consultations to ensure customers receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
- Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with varying health and wellness needs.
- Able to relate well with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
