Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating field works efficiently, maintaining effective communication with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment across various customer sites. You will also be required to perform tasks such as construction of communication racks and active network equipment, installation of tie and patch cabling, and experience with cutting over/changing active communications equipment.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of [est. $65,000 - $85,000 per annum] salary range based on experience.
  • Telecommunications Industry Experience: Preferably in critical environments.
  • Construction of Communication Racks and Active Network Equipment.
  • Installation of Tie and Patch Cabling.
  • Experience with Cutting Over / Changing Active Communications Equipment.
  • ACMA Open Cabling Registration with structured fiber endorsements.
  • Fiber Optic Cabling Skills: Preparation, Splicing, and Termination.
  • OTDR Testing and Fiber Commissioning.
  • Unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
