We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints.
You will work closely with our team to build strong relationships with customers, respond promptly to their inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
