Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Retail store team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional standards of care and communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
  • Supporting sales inquiries and contributing to revenue generation.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information and representing our values.
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers, providing high-quality services and actively participating in promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Sales skills and ability to support audiologists in servicing clients and achieving sales targets.
  • A proactive mindset, flexibility and ability to react positively to change.
  • Strong working relationships with other departments and self-motivation to work with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding and commitment to our vision and values.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload.
