About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales and experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and showcase our products across various categories, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in your area, ensuring a strong presence of our brand.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Availability for permanent weekend work.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a premium retail environment.
  • A confident approach and friendly, engaging manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information simply.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Determination, passion, and drive for results.
