
Regional Sales Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales operations expert to lead our regional sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market efficiency and alignment across the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and workflows across the full sales cycle, aligned with global standards.
- Ensure seamless CRM governance, system integrity, streamlined workflows, and adoption across the sales organization.
- Champion process improvements that reduce friction and increase productivity through automation.
- Support the validation of commission calculations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely payouts.
- Oversee the development and delivery of executive dashboards and KPI tracking across the revenue engine.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Deep expertise in sales process design, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, and analytics.
- A proven track record in managing quota setting, sales comp plans, and commission operations.
