Job Title: Junior Administration and Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to a dynamic recruitment team. You will assist with various tasks including job advertisements, applicant tracking, interview coordination, spreadsheet maintenance, and report generation.

  • Assist with recruitment administration
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Excel
  • Provide general office support and handle incoming inquiries
  • Support onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Book travel and accommodation for project and site staff

You will work under the guidance of an experienced administration manager, gaining hands-on experience and learning across a range of business functions.
