We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our dynamic team. As an essential member of our store leadership, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail management or leadership experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. They will also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS programs and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management or leadership experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate and high-performing team.
  • Eagerness to learn all aspects of automotive retail and passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • Commitment to safety and ensuring compliance with WHS programs.
