Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary degree in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in road, bridge, or broader civil infrastructure delivery with a thorough understanding of TfNSW specifications
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen
  • Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work on projects within the Sydney/Greater Sydney region
  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
