About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will play a critical role in leading the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects, including feasibility studies, detailed designs, and construction planning
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and as-built records
  • Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development and project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
