Key Responsibilities-
  • Attend monthly Board meetings and two annual Board Development Days to stay informed and engaged.
  • Provide strategic oversight and contribute to policy and decision-making to ensure the organisation's long-term success.
  • Uphold the Vision and Values of Lifeline Darling Downs & South West Queensland Ltd and promote them within the community.
  • Act as an ambassador for the organisation within the community to raise awareness and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated commitment to community service and values-based leadership is essential for this role.
  • Previous board or governance experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to contribute time and expertise to support the organisation's mission is vital.
