About this role:

As a Centre Manager, you will lead and develop the clinical and administrative operations of our Toowoomba centre. You will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, and administrative support staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to provide high-quality youth-centred supports for early intervention
  • Ensuring all aspects of the centre service model are implemented and maintained
Essential Requirements
  • Degree level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or other related health discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and reporting on complex planning and service development environments
  • Demonstrated experience in managing operational systems for a health or community services organisation
  • Experience in direct service provision to young people and providing youth-friendly, family-focused mental health services
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders
