We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with our premium standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast-paced operation, with expertise in menu development and up-to-date knowledge of current food trends. You will possess natural leadership skills that foster a positive working culture and the ability to run your own busy section under pressure.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and a passion for learning and growth within our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, à la carte dinner, in-room dining, and the bar.
  2. Supervise, coach, and train kitchen team members to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  3. Contribute to menu design, including seasonal menus and daily/weekly specials.
  4. Maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, and food hygiene.
  5. Ordering and stock control.
  6. Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and promoting a positive working culture.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar fast-paced operation.
  2. Proven track record of creativity in menu development and knowledge of current food trends.
  3. Natural leadership skills that promote a positive working culture.
  4. Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Possess a strong passion for learning and growth within the industry.
