Job Title: Strategic Identity Solutions Leader

Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of identity and access management services to ensure seamless user experiences.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong track record in leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes through technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on identity and access management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of identity and access management services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance overall service quality.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in identity and access management solutions, including Entra, Active Directory & Azure AD, Azure MFA, Office 365, mail filtering solutions, and file storage.
  • Leadership Experience: A strong track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business outcomes through technical expertise.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
