Job Title: Strategic Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include requirement gathering and analysis, designing integration requirements with other third-party platforms, and defining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to industry best practices.

You will also be responsible for preparing high-level technical specifications for the solutions, performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery, and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Additionally, you will present demos to the customers, run all major sprint ceremonies, plan project releases, and lead User Acceptance Testing with business users and BAs.

Your expertise in application deployments, infrastructure setup, and working knowledge of Networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux) will be essential in enabling the development team to go to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the development of enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack and at least 1-2 years of experience in leading a team of developers.

Candidates should have experience in developing on J2EE platforms, .Net platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server), and a strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
