Job Overview:

IAM Security Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IAM security architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise identity and access management solutions.

About the Role:
  • Prioritise secure IAM solutions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Develop system architecture diagrams illustrating data flows, network topologies, and security controls.
  • Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Define and maintain IAM security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and internal policies.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle and mentor junior security professionals.
  • Implement security controls such as multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, and single sign-on.
  • Evaluate and select IAM technologies based on security and scalability requirements.
  • Support incident response, digital forensics, and security testing activities.
  • Foster continuous improvement of IAM security posture and processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years in IAM with 3+ years in security architecture or consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimising IAM solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across IT, security, and business teams.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of IAM security principles and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, COBIT).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
