High-End Property Servicing Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take on the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of properties locally.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a clean and tidy portfolio of properties locally
  • Liaise with clients and tenants to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues
  • Conduct regular inspections, including incoming, outgoing, and routine checks
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance management to ensure prompt resolution of any issues
  • Manage arrears control to minimize debt and optimize cash flow
  • Assist in making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
