Residential Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of our high-end residential properties located in the local area.
Key Responsibilities:- Lease renewals and portfolio administration
- Effective use of PropertyMe systems for efficient property management
- Administration tasks, including maintenance requests and virtual assistant support
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of property management principles.

Requirements for this role include:
- Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Previous experience in property management, preferably with a similar high-end portfolio
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits and Opportunities
A first-year salary range of $75,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation and a car allowance of $5,000 per annum. Additionally, we provide a phone, laptop, and car parking facilities.
