Job Title: Technical Mining Expert

We are seeking an experienced technical mining professional to join our team in a strategic opportunity. This is a customer-facing role that will give you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology within the underground industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business development managers to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and input into proposals and tenders.
  • Lead software evaluations and proof-of-concept builds.
  • Support customer success during implementation and training.
  • Assist with campaign events, conferences, and promotions.
  • Contribute to product development through feedback and regional testing.
About You:

You are a passionate mining expert with a strong technical background and a drive to deliver value to customers. You're confident presenting technical solutions and enjoy helping others solve complex mining problems.

  • Site-based experience in an UG mine production or operational planning role.
  • Experienced in the development, implementation, and support of UG mine planning and scheduling systems.
  • Technical consulting or pre-sales experience will be highly advantageous.
  • A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
