Job Title: Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Cloud Solutions Expert. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to Microsoft calling solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in technology solutions and sales, as well as strong technical knowledge of Microsoft licensing and solutions with Telstra's UC offerings. They will also contribute to the development of proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in solution requirements and assist in new customer solution development and management.

  • Develop and maintain a strong qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to Microsoft calling solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in technology solutions and sales to manage sales opportunities from identification and qualification to closing.
  • Use your strong technical knowledge of Microsoft licensing and solutions with Telstra's UC offerings to identify and build qualified pipeline.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, relating to the value proposition for customer offers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in solution requirements and assist in new customer solution development and management.

Key skills and technologies include:

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams calling.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, as well as 1+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably with Microsoft products. Additionally, they should have Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certified and experience with Microsoft CSP Sales and MCI Programs.
