Technical Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our end-users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support for desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld devices, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues in a proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld devices;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner;
- Take ownership of issues from start to finish and escalate them as necessary;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience providing onsite and remote support to VIPs;
- Knowledge of SCCM or Intune;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
