Seeking a passionate and skilled professional to lead our team in the cruise industry.

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and sales, who can provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail or wholesale sector, preferably in the cruise or travel industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages, as well as ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. They will also be required to provide excellent customer service, handle walk-in, email and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.

  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
