Lead the Charge as a Future Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional professional to play a pivotal role in driving our store's success as a Future Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quoting, Booking and Invoicing: Accurately process cruise bookings and packages while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Ensure Exceptional Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company KPIs.
  • Sales Opportunities: Maximize revenue by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Daily Mailbox Management: Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes on a daily basis to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Product Information: Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver exceptional sales performance.
Who Are You?
  • Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment with a focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Cruise Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting.
  • GDS Experience: Proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage bookings and reservations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Organizational Abilities: Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently.
