Job Opportunity: Asset Care and Planning

This is a challenging role that requires the delivery of asset care and planning for safe, reliable, and best-cost outcomes. The primary objective is to ensure that maintenance systems, processes, and procedures are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to guarantee the availability and reliability of plant and equipment.

The job involves planning and execution of inspection and maintenance work to support reliable delivery to customers via the maintenance team and external contractors. Ongoing improvement in plant availability and efficiency of spend will be pursued in conjunction with the Operations team. Additionally, capital works will be planned and controlled on a 5-year basis, and staff and key stakeholders will be managed in the delivery of maintenance and capital projects.

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and planning (or similar) and people management with exposure to a multi-site, heavy/industrial business.">
  • Proficiency with maintenance management systems, ideally including annual maintenance plan development/budgeting, trend analysis, and improvement planning.">
  • Maintenance and spare parts vendor management.">
  • Project management expertise.">
  • Ability to influence various stakeholders.">
