Test Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our testing efforts in a major transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies and plans to ensure timely and quality delivery of test outcomes.

Job Description
  • Develop and Implement Test Strategies
  • Coordinate and Lead Testing Teams
  • Identify and Manage Risks
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Ensure Compliance with Organisational Standards
  • Prepare Detailed Test Reports
  • Support Continuous Improvement of Testing Processes
  • Manage Defect Tracking and Resolution

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing testing activities within complex projects, including performance testing, automation testing, and non-functional testing. They should also have experience across E2E testing, UAT testing, and Infrastructure testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Solid Understanding of Testing Methodologies, Tools, and Processes
