Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking experienced professionals to drive modernisation and upgrade of our existing infrastructure.

  • Develop and manage the product backlog for the modernisation program, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and technical challenges proactively.
  • Advocate for best engineering practices, security standards, and performance optimisation.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics post-deployment to ensure business value is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the modernisation of existing batches to cloud native systems on AWS.
  2. Implement containerisation for scalable application hosting using AWS services.
  3. Upgrade Oracle databases to Amazon RDS ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity assurance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Owner in large-scale digital transformation or modernisation programs.
  • Proven track record delivering complex upgrades and platform migrations.
  • Strong technical understanding of relevant technologies including AWS, Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence), and PostgreSQL database.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
