Role Overview

  • To succeed in this role, prospective candidates will need to possess a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent, along with a current Working with Children's Check. They should also demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.

The centre where you will be working has two separate buildings for different age groups (0-2 and 3-5 years old). The large outdoor spaces provide ample opportunities for natural play. A close-knit community among staff members and families creates a warm atmosphere.

As an educator at our organisation, you will be trained in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which focuses on nurturing and engaging educators in partnership with families and communities. You will have access to extensive training and development opportunities, enabling you to advance your career towards senior educational roles or operational management.
