Production Supervisor Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Production Supervisor or Batcher at our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for ensuring safe and efficient operations in the concrete industry.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing production processes, maintaining quality and customer service standards.

  • Managing concrete batching and front-end loader operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing the SHE Management System.
  • Managing water and waste management systems, adhering to environmental requirements.
  • Overseeing concrete production, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
  • Optimizing truck and personnel scheduling for efficient operations.
  • Maintaining stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Coordinating equipment maintenance and engaging contractors when needed.
  • Providing leadership and support to the production team.
  • Handling administrative tasks and contributing to operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production processes to ensure high-quality output.
  • Lead the production team to achieve set targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • A strong knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous computer batching experience would be an advantage.
