We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Lead to oversee the operation of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The role involves:

  • Supervising a team of staff to ensure they maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of staff performance and attendance.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef to plan menus and manage inventory.

This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 36 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to lead by example and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results.
