Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust menu offerings accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate IV qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a senior chef.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
