About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Maintenance Officer to join our finance team at Opal HealthCare. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will see you play a critical role in managing resident accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information related to resident accounts.
  • Maintain the accuracy of sub-ledger system data to ensure the integrity of the ledger.
  • Process billing journals and sundry invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process refundable accommodation deposit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Create and maintain centralized documentation of customer adjustments, including investigation and resolution of queries.
  • Support process improvement activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
What We Look For
  • Experience in complex accounts receivable roles, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
  • Diploma qualifications in accounting are highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in consumer-oriented shared service environments managing high volumes and complexity of transactions is highly desirable.
