Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement maintenance programs to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
  • Perform a range of tasks including repairs, maintenance, and minor construction projects
  • Work collaboratively with residents, staff, and external contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
