Key Responsibilities- HR Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and programs.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee complaints, grievances, workplace investigations, and mediations, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- HR Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of people management, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
